Return Ritual: Before sending back your items, drop us a line to let us know. We'll give you the green light along with all the necessary return instructions.

Free Shipping: Spend $100 or more on your kitchen must-haves, and voila! We'll sprinkle some free ground shipping your way. No need to stress about the carrier—we'll choose the best dance partner for your order, often shimmying with USPS ground service.

Flat Rate Shipping Options

We've got options, friend, depending on how soon you need your goodies. 

• Ground Shipping: $5–$10 (depends on the product, but it's like the "chill and save" option).

• Expedited Shipping: $15 (because "sooner, please" just makes sense sometimes).

• Rush Shipping: $25 (when patience isn't on the menu—we've all been there).

Free Local Delivery (35-Mile Radius of Downtown San Jose)

San Jose neighbors, this one's for you! If you're within 35 miles of downtown San Jose, we'll bring the goods right to your door—for free.

• Orders placed by 4 PM PST will be delivered the same day.

• Orders placed after 4 PM PST will be delivered the following day.

Processing Time: Once you've placed your order, give us 1-2 business days to work our kitchen magic. Expedited or rush order? We'll hustle to get it out the door quickly, though Fridays might need some extra simmer time until Monday.

How Long Will It Take?

While we don't have our own fleet of carrier pigeons (yet!), we rely on the pros to whisk your package to you.

• Ground Shipping: Typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

• Expedited or Rush Shipping: You might see those goodies in as little as 2 days!

Once we hand it off to the carrier, we'll all be on the same tracking journey together.

Here's the Tea: Carriers do their best to meet our shipping estimates. And while we'd love to be their co-pilot with the snacks and AUX cord, we can't guarantee their shipping speed. That means no refunds for tardy deliveries, but if something goes sideways, we've got your back and will make it right.
